Whether short-term or long-term, you enjoy full flexibility (notice period of 60 days at the end of the month) and don't have to lift a finger – because everything is taken care of, from the internet connection to the fully automatic coffee machine. Our shared spaces are comfortably furnished and can be used by all members. T­hese are the costs:
With us, you get an all-inclusive package. The price of an office is calculated based on the number of workstations used: €350 plus VAT per workstation per month. This includes the following services and utilities:
- Heating
- Electricity
- Internet (Wi-Fi & LAN in some areas)
- Fees such as waste disposal and broadcasting
- Equipped with large desks, ergonomic chairs, and monitors
- Cleaning services
- Use of the business address on Anger street
- Use of communal areas (large lounge/community room, kitchenette)
- Unlimited coffee and tea

The location on the Anger is excellent - the Anger as a streetcar junction is easy to reach from all parts of Erfurt, as every Erfurt streetcar stops virtually right outside the door. It is also just a short walk from the main station.
You will find all the facilities for your daily needs around the Anger. Right next door, for example, is the new 'Deli am Markt' - a great place to go for your daily lunch. The Rewe supermarket for quick errands is also right next door. So you won't lose much time in your day-to-day life and can concentrate fully on your work and after work!
