Picturesque estate with plenty of freedom for self-design, as it is not a listed building. A wonderful country estate can be created with good proximity to Berlin in a rapidly developing and sought-after region in Brandenburg.
You will live where Berliners go on vacation, bike tours and mushroom picking, because this part of Havelland is considered particularly idyllic due to its "mountains" (Gollenberg 109 m), lakes, forests and castles. Theodor Fontane lived here in the 19th century and enthusiastically described the landscape on his hikes. Not too much has changed since then.
