Hall 25 (5,400m²): The production hall is equipped with 4x20t overhead cranes, has a correspondingly high floor loading capacity and a usable hall height of approx. 15m. Generous hall doors - the entire width of the hall can be opened. The spacious open area in front of the hall facilitates access. The hall has a central compressed air supply. Production-related office, social and sanitary rooms can be offered on request.

Hall 20 (2,000m²): Has identical features to hall 25.

Hall 23 (500m²): Identical in construction to Hall 25, 500m² available for hire.

Hall 22 (500m²): Separate hall space incl. offices - perfect for YOUR start-up.

Parking spaces for cars (by arrangement) are available at the factory entrance (or in front of the respective production hall) and can be reached quickly on foot (<200m).

You also benefit from the property's plant security (24/7 operation, access controls and integration of the buildings into the fire alarm system).

The outdoor storage areas can be rented separately on request. A flexible choice of the required areas can be agreed. It is possible to unload and reload your goods with your own means and then store them; there is ample access.
