Country inn with beer garden seeks tenant

The listed property (Franconian half-timbered style) is located on the Viehmarkt in Ummerstadt / Thuringia in the southernmost corner of the Heldburger Unterland, in the greater Coburg area. The entire historic old town with its half-timbered town houses on the market square and the cattle market was placed under protection as an area monument in 1990 and was also a filming location for the Luther film.
The inn offers a dining room with 45 seats, a beer garden with 50 seats, four guest rooms and an equipped kitchen with cold store. There is a tenant's apartment on the top floor. The rooms on the first and second floors can be used in a variety of ways. A larger room on the second floor has already been used as an adjoining room, but is also suitable as a family guest room.
The inn is about 50 meters from the baroque parish church of St. Bartholomew and about 150 meters from the market square.
