We are currently renting out two furnished apartments starting July 7, 2026. Both apartments are the same size and have the same features. The all-inclusive rental price is €990 per month and includes all utilities, as the apartments are for temporary rental (maximum 3 years). For companies, this price does not yet include VAT. The apartments are exclusively rented fully furnished. Individual pieces of furniture can be removed from the apartment after consultation. A final cleaning fee of €130 is charged upon departure. This bright and high-quality furnished apartment is ideal for business travelers, employees on temporary assignments, contractors, employees working on a project with a fixed term, people living separately, or anyone else looking for a furnished place to stay for a limited time. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is 60 square meters in size and features a spacious living and dining area with an integrated, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. There is a TV in the living room. In addition, there are two single beds in the living area. The floors are tiled. Furthermore, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a view of the vineyards.
The rent is a "warm" rent, which includes all utilities such as electricity, heating, water, open Wi-Fi, and insurance, as well as waste disposal. There is an option to use the washing machine for an additional fee. A one-time cleaning fee of €130 will be charged upon moving out. If required, the apartment can be cleaned monthly for an additional fee. The apartment is available for a fixed term of up to 3 years.

Erpolzheim is an idyllic fruit and wine-growing community with about 1500 inhabitants. Erpolzheim is located between Freinsheim and Bad Dürkheim in the middle of the vineyards as well as at the adjacent nature reserve "Bruch".

To the biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest for all hiking enthusiasts, mountain bikers or walkers it is only about 9 km.

In the village there are two farm stores and a bakery and a kindergarten. Supermarkets are located in the neighboring towns of Freinsheim and Bad Dürkheim.

Erpolzheim is about 18 km away from Ludwigshafen and 20 km away from Mannheim. To Frankenthal it is 14km. To the highway A650 it is 5km. The A6 freeway is 8 km away.
