The building is situated on the outskirts of town and has a good tenant profile. It is available immediately. The apartment is in good overall condition and, thanks to the furnishings, is ideal for singles and commuters. The kitchen includes essential cookware, and the living room has a TV. Bed linen is also provided. There is a space for a washing machine in the communal laundry room in the basement. We are looking for tenants who do not smoke, either indoors or on the balcony. No pets are allowed. The base rent is €475.00 plus €150.00 for utilities. As always, the costs for electricity, internet, and broadcasting fees are not included and are paid directly by the tenant. The security deposit is €1,425.00.
