The kitchen is open to the dining area and equipped with a sample ring kitchen with brand appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an oven at working height. From the living room you can access the cozy balcony with south/west orientation and a view of the forest.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
A separate cellar room belongs to the apartment. The bicycle cellar is shared.
There is the option of renting a garage.
