I lived in this apartment from 2017 to 2021, but I moved for work and started renting it out. The current tenant would like to move out in September/October 2026. As I will be moving back to Stuttgart in July 2027, I am renting out the apartment (unfurnished) for a fixed term until June/July 2027.
