This country house, built in 1924, features two spacious, light-filled apartments and is situated in the middle of its lush garden, complete with mature trees and a variety of fruit trees.
The garden offers space for relaxation and also provides the opportunity to grow vegetables.

The maisonette apartment (1st and 2nd floors) for rent comprises 5 spacious rooms, each with two windows. Available from December 1st, 2026.

We are looking for people who enjoy a good sense of community, who want to enjoy the garden, and who are willing to get involved. A mature shared living arrangement would also be a good fit.

This non-smoking apartment is not suitable for young children (children only from teenage years onwards are possible), and pets are not allowed.

The utility costs also include water consumption (calculated for 2 people). Therefore, all utility costs are included, excluding private electricity consumption.

Gaildorf is a charming town in the district of Schwäbisch Hall and boasts a well-developed and diverse infrastructure. In addition to cars, everything is easily accessible by bicycle or on foot.
Because the town center is not centrally located, the apartment is conveniently situated, just a 7-minute walk to the center and also a 7-minute walk to the open meadow and the edge of the forest.
The Stuttgart-Gaildorf train line runs frequently, every 30 minutes, and connections to Schwäbisch Hall are also easily accessible by bus and train.
