The lease agreement should include a minimum rental period of three years, as well as an index-linked rent (the rent increases/decreases with inflation).
The apartment has only one room and is therefore suitable for a single person, not for couples or families. For tenant protection reasons, the apartment cannot be rented to individuals who state that they are in a difficult situation and urgently need this apartment, for example, because their current lease is about to expire or they have received a notice of termination due to the landlord's own needs.
