The apartment has a living area of approximately 80 m² and is divided as follows: two well-sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a living/dining area.

The farm has its own spring with excellent water quality. Heat is generated by solar panels and a wood chip heating system, which uses wood waste and timber exclusively from the farm's own forest.

The municipality of Münstertal is located on the edge of the Black Forest, approximately 20 km south of Freiburg. The municipality is connected to the regional rail network via the Münstertalbahn line, which runs to Staufen and Bad Krozingen. Additionally, there is a bus connection available approximately 2 km away.

Münstertal is a popular tourist destination due to the numerous beautiful hiking opportunities, and in winter, it offers direct access to the Black Forest with short driving distances to the ski areas.

The property is located on the outskirts of the village, offering peace and tranquility and surrounded by nature. The village center, with its shops, is located approximately 5 km away.
