Hey! I'm Jonas, 26, and I'm renting out a large room in my bright attic apartment in Charlottenburg. It's a shared apartment with two people – me and the person who will be renting the room. Only this room is being rented; I live in the other one. Important to know: This room is intended as a temporary solution and will initially be rented for up to 6 months. We can discuss whether it can be extended later, and we're happy to talk about it together in advance. It's ideal if you're new to Berlin, have an internship or project, or are looking for your own apartment in a relaxed way. The room:
- Approximately 26 m² including a terrace (room approximately 22 m² + terrace approximately 8.7 m², half of the terrace area is included in the calculation)
- Furnished: bed, desk with chair, and armchair – you can move in with just your suitcase.
- Very bright, large window front.
- Direct access to the west-facing terrace – perfect for enjoying sunsets over the rooftops.
- Easy-to-clean tiled floor.

The apartment: Approximately 67 m², attic apartment (6th floor) with elevator, built in 1998. Shared kitchen with all appliances, dining area, and a private balcony. Bathroom with a bathtub and window, washing machine. District heating, storage room, and Wi-Fi are available. About me: I'm 26, I have my own real estate company, and I work a lot. At home, I'm very quiet: no parties, non-smoker, tidy, and easygoing. I'm looking for a quiet, reliable person (non-smoker) who also values a clean, peaceful home.

Located in the heart of Charlottenburg, directly next to the Schiller Theater, and just a few minutes' walk from Ernst-Reuter-Platz (U2 subway station) and the Deutsche Oper. Wilmersdorfer Straße, with its supermarkets and shops, Kurfürstendamm, as well as the Technical University (TU) and the University of the Arts (UdK) are easily accessible. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in the area, and the location offers excellent connections to the subway and bus network.
