Köln-Ensen is located on the right bank of the Rhine in Cologne and is well connected to the KVB line 7 (Gilgaustraße stop) and the A4, A59 and A559 highways. Cologne-Ensen has its own small town center with hairdresser, marketplace, supermarket, stationery store, locksmith, postal services, Volksbank and Sparkasse branches, bakeries and a great flower store within walking distance. There is also an elementary school and a kindergarten.
