Two separate rooms, measuring 16 and 18 square meters respectively, each have direct access to the shower room, living room, and the adjacent (living/dining) kitchen. Above all, the shared living room and living/dining kitchen offer a unique view of the Gütersloh water tower and the city theater! The other, very spacious 1.5-room apartment (at least 50 square meters) is located right next door, on the 2nd floor. The apartment is on the ground floor and features slanted ceilings in the kitchen and bedroom, while maintaining a ceiling height of 3.30 meters. Although initially, only a fixed-price rental agreement for one year is offered, we are looking for long-term tenants. This 1.5-room apartment includes:
EVERYTHING – including electricity, Wi-Fi, water, and a washing machine in the basement – is included in the fixed monthly rent of €750 for ONE person, and €800 for TWO people. NO additional bills! The apartments are located on a quiet street, just a few meters from the Dreiecksplatz in the center of Gütersloh.
They are also conveniently located near the newly renovated entrance to the ESG (presumably a local institution).
The best way to get around is by bicycle!
Although there are no parking spaces for cars, there are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities in the immediate (cultural) center of Gütersloh.
