The lease can alternatively begin on November 1st, 2026. The actual energy and water costs will be determined in the final bill. If the actual costs are lower, I will refund the difference. If the consumption charges are higher, I will unfortunately have to request an additional payment. It is possible to register your place of residence with the authorities.
