This is an existing shared apartment for 4 men. The kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and balcony will be shared with the other male residents. Please consider this composition of the shared apartment when making your inquiry. The compact room will be rented unfurnished – you will need to bring your own furniture. The room's area is approximately 7.8 m² according to the floor plan (dimensions: 3.48 × 2.25 m); an up-to-date measurement taken on-site is not yet available. The kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and balcony are shared. MONTHLY COSTS:
€339 cold rent + €60 incidental costs = €399 per month. The incidental costs include water, heating, electricity, and internet. The broadcasting fee is separate. The security deposit is €1,017.
