The warehouse space is accessible via the loading ramp at the front of the building, which has 3 doors, and additionally at ground level via a forklift from the back of the building. In front of the loading ramps is a spacious courtyard with access for trucks/articulated lorries.

The warehouse also has two small internal office/break rooms and a toilet.

In addition to the main warehouse, an optional separate warehouse space of approximately 100 m² in the basement (underground parking) can be rented. The clearance height is 2.35 m, and a toilet can be shared. The warehouse is located at Marienstraße 35 in Furth im Wald, with good access to the B20 highway. The Furth train station is within a few minutes' walk, as are various shops, snack bars, and restaurants.
