The apartment is heated by a central heating system. Heating and hot water are not included in the stated advance payments for operating costs. Electricity and internet are additional costs to be paid by the tenants. The parking space in the garage is included in the rent for each room and can therefore be used by all roommates as a bicycle storage space. You can arrange individually among yourselves if one of you would like to use the garage for, for example, a car.
