A large shared apartment (approximately 150 m²) on the first floor has five rooms available immediately. We are looking for roommates – ideal for students, apprentices, and working professionals.

The rooms (approximately 13–19 m²) are bright, have large windows, and are rented unfurnished – you can decorate the room to your own taste. Each room has its own rental agreement directly with the landlord.

Shared facilities include:
- Kitchen with island (stove, oven, extractor fan), refrigerators, freezer, and kitchen cabinets
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Washing machine in the apartment
- Bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet
- Hallway

Conditions per room:
- Cold rent: €230
- Operating costs: €150 (including stairwell cleaning)
- Heating costs: €140
- Total rent: €520 per month
- Internet and garbage fees are paid by the tenant.
- Security deposit: 3 months' cold rent (€690), payable in 3 installments.
