Available immediately: We are renting out a beautiful, bright, and simply furnished 2-room apartment in a historic building, located on the first floor of the front building. The apartment features classic architectural elements such as high ceilings, stucco, wooden doors, and wooden floorboards.

The apartment is laid out as follows: Upon entering, you are in the apartment hallway. From there, you can access the toilet, as well as the kitchen which faces the courtyard (built-in kitchen negotiable). From the kitchen, there is access to a small shower room. Also accessible from the hallway is the first living room, which faces the street. The second living room, also facing the street, can only be accessed through the first living room ("pass-through room"). Therefore, one of the rooms is only accessible through the other, making it less suitable for shared living arrangements unless the occupants are very close. There is a small balcony that also faces the street.

The apartment is only rented to non-smokers. Due to past negative experiences, we do not allow larger pets (dogs, cats, etc.).

The public transportation connections are excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Ringbahn (suburban railway). You can reach the HU (Humboldt University) or the TU (Technical University) in just a few minutes by bike. There are various shopping options "right around the corner."
