High-quality architect-designed detached house with natural Poroton bricks.

This group of three houses was individually designed by the architect. High-quality materials and construction methods were used in their execution. The exterior walls, above ground level, are made of thick Poroton bricks (a natural product made from clay, soil, and water, without any chemicals, non-combustible, and with a lifespan of over 100 years). The millions of tiny air bubbles and capillaries within the bricks result in low energy consumption (only slightly above Class B) and regulate humidity. No ventilation system is required. The staircases are made of concrete (no creaking, quiet to walk on, no chimney effect), as is the ceiling above the first floor. The basement has a ceiling height suitable for living space and is well-insulated. The built-in kitchen is not very old and is in good condition. On the ground floor, there is a central heating system. In addition, there is a radiator in the living room for cooler evenings during the transitional seasons, when it is not worth turning on the central heating system. The upper floors are heated by radiators. The floor in the bathroom on the first floor is also heated. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, and the very large children's room can be easily divided into two rooms using partition walls.

The house is located on a very quiet, small side street in Herzogenaurach, in the district of Hauptendorf. It is nestled in a pleasant, green environment. Schools, a kindergarten, doctors, shops, public transportation, and access to regional road networks are all excellent.
