We are renting out 6 outdoor parking spaces on the courtyard behind the building at Hochstraße 9 in Bad Kreuznach. A seventh space will become available on January 1, 2027.

Each space is numbered and permanently assigned. It is suitable for a car or motorcycle of average size. You will therefore park on your own designated space every day, without having to search for a spot or pay parking fees.

Conditions:

* Security deposit: €100.00
* Unlimited contract, cancellable by the 3rd business day of the month, effective at the end of the following month.
* Contract can be easily concluded using a digital signature.

We are happy to offer multiple spaces for families, companies, or vehicle fleets.

For transparency: These are uncovered outdoor parking spaces on a courtyard. The courtyard is not guarded. The spaces are exclusively intended for parking vehicles and are not to be used as storage or parking areas.

The parking spaces are centrally located in the Bad Kreuznach city center, in the courtyard behind the building at Hochstraße 9. Access is via Matthäushof.

Parking is scarce and expensive in the city center. Therefore, a dedicated parking space is ideal for residents of the surrounding streets, for professionals who work in the city center, and for businesses with company vehicles.
