We are looking for a new tenant starting in November for a bright, 36 m² apartment with a kitchenette, located on V Hůrkách street. The apartment includes a 5 m² cellar. Location
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Prague 13, between the Hůrka and Nové Butovice metro stations (Line B). It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the city center by metro. There are also stops for night buses in the area, and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. Apartment and Features
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a renovated panel building with insulated walls, plastic windows, and a security door. It faces south, so it is bright throughout the day. Due to its location in the inner courtyard of the building, it is warm in the winter, even with limited heating. The apartment is modestly and functionally furnished: it includes a wardrobe, a bed, a chest of drawers, a television, a refrigerator, a table, and chairs. The kitchen has been renovated and is equipped with an electric oven, a ceramic hob, and a built-in dishwasher. The bathroom has original, tiled walls and a large shower cubicle. There is a separate toilet. There is a carpet in the living room and linoleum in the kitchen. The heating is central and has new valves.
