We are renting out a separate apartment, 1 room + kitchenette (approximately 35 m2) on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is modernly furnished, bright, and has a view of the garden. It is fully equipped with: 2 wardrobes, a large sofa bed with a high-quality mattress (which can also be used as a sofa), a folding table, a kitchen with a refrigerator and appliances (no dishwasher), a shower, a washing machine, and a pantry (which can be used as a wardrobe). The apartment is ideally suited for one person and is not suitable for pets. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We are located near a forest and nature. Viewings are possible by appointment at any time from [Date]. The fees are calculated for one person living in the apartment. All the furniture shown in the photos remains in the apartment; it is fully furnished. The train station (Strančice) is 7 minutes from the house. The bus stop is 7 minutes away on foot (near the station) and takes 35 minutes to get to the main train station. The train stops at: Světice, Kolovraty, Říčany, Hostivař, Zahradní Město, Vršovice, and the Main Train Station. Strančice has all the necessary amenities, including a pub, post office, small shops, a fitness studio, mini golf, a playground, and a hairdresser. There is a Billa supermarket 3 minutes away by car, and a Tesco and Lidl are 13 minutes away in Říčany. The Čestlice Aquapark is 15 minutes away by car.
