Apartment for rent, 1 room + kitchenette, 300 square meters.

I am the direct owner and I am renting out a portion of an apartment building for long-term, medium-term, or short-term stays. The apartments available are studio apartments (1 room + kitchenette) and one-bedroom apartments (1 room + living room). I am renting out the entire section of the building, not individual apartments. Currently, there are 15 apartments available. The building has facilities suitable for short-term stays, including the possibility of a reception area, linen storage, etc.
