Rent a cottage in the Bohemian Paradise – Your own cottage all year round.

Do you dream of having your own cottage in the Bohemian Paradise, but don't want to invest in buying one? We offer the opportunity to have your own place to relax, where you can return whenever you like throughout the year. We offer a cozy, fully equipped holiday cottage for long-term rental in the village of Kamenice u Dobšína, in the beautiful surroundings of the Bohemian Paradise. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a private, fenced garden with a covered pergola and a fire pit. There is also space for storing bicycles and other recreational equipment. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails, forests, rock formations, and a variety of attractions, including the Kost Castle and the Plakánek valley. Your cottage, your time, your privacy.

Unlike typical holiday rentals, this cottage will be exclusively available to one tenant for the entire year, 365 days. No bookings, no changing guests, and no restrictions during holidays or weekends. You can leave your personal belongings here, adapt the environment to your liking (with mutual agreement), and enjoy the cottage as if it were your own. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a reliable couple or family who are seeking a long-term vacation home, ideally for 3-5 years, and who will care for the cottage and garden as if it were their own. This rental is intended for private recreational use only, and is not for subletting or commercial accommodation. The rent will be agreed upon as a fixed monthly amount. We would be happy to discuss the detailed terms of the rental, including operating costs and maintenance, with serious applicants. If you are looking for a place to create your second home and a place you will enjoy returning to for many years, we would be happy to show you the cottage in person.
