I am offering a bright apartment for long-term rent. It has 2 rooms (living room with kitchenette) and is 42 m² in size. It is located on the 2nd floor of a completely renovated building at Musílkova 503/39, Prague 5 – Košíře. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, an entrance hall, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and a two-burner stovetop. The apartment also includes a dining table for two people, a large wardrobe, and a shoe cabinet. Heating is provided by electric heaters, and the water heater is also electric. Internet connection is available, but the tenant must arrange a contract with a provider independently. The building does not have an elevator, and the apartment does not include a cellar or garden. The building is located in a quiet area of Košíře, with good access to the city center. The Kavalírka tram stop is within walking distance. The area offers standard amenities and plenty of green spaces, including the Klamovka park and the Košíře–Motol nature park. The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple, with a maximum of two occupants. I am looking for non-smokers. I prefer a long-term rental agreement. The initial lease agreement will be for a fixed term of one year, with the possibility of subsequent extensions. Financial terms:
- Rent: 23,500 CZK per month
- Utilities (for one person): 2,300 CZK per month
- Electricity: Transferred to the tenant; the current estimated utility deposit is approximately 800 CZK per month for one person.
- For two people, the utility deposits will be increased accordingly.
- Security deposit: 47,000 CZK
- Commission: None – direct rental from the owner.
- The tenant is responsible for arranging and paying for internet service.
