All services listed below are included. There are no additional costs or VAT. The office is approximately 180 m² and is located in a quiet courtyard. It features high ceilings, plenty of natural light, large communal areas, and several quiet spaces for focused work. The main tenant is Turning Blocks, a Munich-based real estate company specializing in the renovation and development of residential properties. We work here every day and look forward to welcoming people who enjoy working in a quiet, friendly atmosphere.

The office is located at Tumblingerstraße 12 in the Isarvorstadt district of Munich, in the Schlachthof quarter. It's just a few minutes' walk to Goetheplatz (subway and bus station). You can quickly reach the city center, the main train station, the Theresienwiese, and the Glockenbachviertel. Because the office is located in the courtyard, you can work in a pleasantly quiet environment despite its central location. There are cafes, restaurants for lunch, and shops just around the corner.
