We can install a fitted kitchen for you if you wish. The apartment is heated with district heating. There is no boiler in the apartment, so no maintenance appointments or evenings without hot water. A storage space in the basement is included. You can rent a parking space on the property for €35 per month. There is no elevator; you live on the third floor. We manage the property ourselves. The bus stop is right in front of the building. The Velten train station is about an eight-minute walk away. From there, you can take the RE6 and RB55 trains. In Hennigsdorf, you can transfer to the S25, and it takes just under an hour to reach Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main train station). The Berlin Ring road is just a few minutes away by car.

For everyday life, you don't need a car. A supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a pharmacy located in the building itself. A daycare center and elementary school are just around the corner.

And for those who want to get out and about after work, you can quickly reach forests, fields, and lakes surrounding Velten.
