A professional care service is available to provide assistance and advice whenever needed. Our modern and spacious apartments are part of the new residential complex "Im Ilmenautal" in Bad Bevensen. The former hotel, which has been completely renovated, now houses a total of 18 one- or two-room apartments, ranging in size up to 55 m². Each apartment features a kitchenette with a double hob, a sink, storage space, and a refrigerator. In addition, each apartment has a bathroom with a modern, accessible shower. A balcony, terrace, or rooftop terrace provides the option to relax outdoors, easily accessible from the living area. In the basement, in addition to the laundry room, there are also spacious storage rooms that are easily accessible by elevator. The dining room and adjacent sun terrace offer a space to welcome visitors or participate in group activities. Directly in front of the building, there are five parking spaces that can be equipped with electric charging stations. This allows electric cars to park and be conveniently charged.

Bad Bevensen, the well-known spa town famous for its iodine-rich salt springs, is conveniently located in the triangle of cities: Hamburg, Bremen, and Hannover. The gently rolling landscape surrounding the only mineral spa in the Lüneburg Heath is characterized by large forests, small heathlands, and the water-rich nature of the Ilmenau valley. Bevensen has been a town since 1929, and since 1976, the spa resort has been officially called "Bad" Bevensen. The development of the thermal iodine-salt spring in 1968 and the construction of the spa center led to the creation of a spa district in the 1970s, with hotels, clinics, and sanatoriums. A large spa park and pedestrian bridges over the Ilmenau river connect the spa district and the old town. The spa center and spa park thus serve as a link between the "old" part of town around the Dreikönigskirche (Three Kings Church) and the pedestrian zone, and the "new" Bad Bevensen with its hotels and guesthouses.
