Each room is connected to a data cable, and the living room has a central Wi-Fi connection and network access. The toilet can be controlled remotely. The shower has a recessed rain showerhead with a separate shower hose. The garden is not yet divided into individual plots, but can already be used jointly. The rental concept offers comfortable living in Bochum-Grumme. We are primarily looking for long-term tenants, as the rent will not be increased for at least six years, even not due to the planned energy-efficient renovation of the facade in 2027.
