I am looking for a tenant for a beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in a historic building, approximately 56 square meters in size, with a unique charm.

The apartment features high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, large, bright windows, and a spacious hallway with ample space for a large wardrobe.

It has a lovely bathroom with a large window, providing excellent ventilation and plenty of natural light. There is also a connection for a washing machine in the hallway leading to the bathroom, with additional storage space.

There is a garden available for shared use.

The existing fitted kitchen, including a refrigerator-freezer combination and dishwasher, can be taken over free of charge. I would still like a fee of €250 for the built-in oven.

The dining table and chairs can also be taken over free of charge.

This is a cozy and very quiet apartment with plenty of light and the charm of a historic building – perfect for singles or couples.

Supermarkets, bakeries, and doctors' offices are located in the town and are easily accessible.
