The apartment is located in a quiet area with easy access to the city center (approximately 30 minutes by public transport). I have never had any problems with the owners, and they have always been accommodating. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom and toilet. The basic furnishings are missing a refrigerator, washing machine, and bed. A refrigerator can be placed in the kitchen or, alternatively, next to it in the hallway (in a cupboard). It is possible to have fiber optic internet.
The apartment faces south, so direct sunlight is not an issue.

The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and a maximum of 2 people are allowed. Working professionals or students are welcome.
