However, if the tenant were to stop performing these tasks, the rent would increase to the market rate of 17,000 CZK (excluding utilities). It has a tendency to be damp, so it's important to heat the apartment and ventilate it, keeping the ventilation openings clear. Otherwise, everything is fine. It's a studio apartment, 40 square meters in size, with a small entrance hall with a coat rack and storage space for shoes, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a solid wood double bed, and plenty of storage space. The apartment includes a kitchen unit, basic tableware for dining and cooking, an electric stove with an oven and extractor fan, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is also a plasma TV (connected to the internet), sockets for internet connection, and the bathroom is equipped with towels and a hairdryer. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available in the apartment (both in the bathroom). Pets with fur up to a height of 45 cm are allowed, and smoking is permitted upon agreement.
