Apartment for rent, 2 rooms, 78 square meters.

We are looking for new tenants for our apartment. The apartment is located on Na Stráži street in Prague 8, with a layout of 2+1 (two rooms and a kitchen), plus a pantry, with a total area of 78 square meters. It is located on the third (top) floor without an elevator. We are looking for tenants who can move in immediately, or at the latest, from November 1, 2026.

We have also kept pets in the apartment, so we would like to allow tenants to have pets as well. These must be registered. When signing the lease agreement, we require a refundable security deposit equal to two months' rent. The monthly rent is 21,000 CZK, and the utilities (water, cleaning of common areas, etc.) are approximately 2,000 CZK for two people.

The apartment is heated by a gas boiler, which is also used to heat the water for bathing. There is also a gas stove in the kitchen. The tenant is responsible for setting up utilities in their own name (our utilities cost approximately 3,000 CZK).

We require a criminal record check, proof of no outstanding debts, and documentation of income or references from a previous landlord are highly welcome. Some basic furniture will remain in the apartment (a large wardrobe in the bedroom and in the hallway, a kitchen unit including a sink, a gas stove, and a dishwasher). (A refrigerator is optional and can be included or excluded, as are four white IKEA cabinets).
