Our houses are fundamentally built using solid construction methods.
For example, the walls, manufactured by companies like Silka or Ytong, are built using solid masonry, even on the first floor. We deliberately avoid lightweight or prefabricated wall systems.
The brick facades are, for example, supplied by Olfry, featuring a special anti-efflorescence coating.
A state-of-the-art air-to-water heat pump, such as those from Bosch, Vailant, or similar manufacturers, is installed. In addition, the houses are equipped with underfloor heating with individual room control.
We install white plastic windows with triple-glazed insulation.
For each house, an airtightness test with certification is performed (Blower-Door test).
The houses are built as KfW Efficiency House 40 standard.
To provide exceptional sound insulation, the partition walls between the two houses are constructed as double-walled structures with a soundproofing panel in between.
Location
The popular Hamburg district of Volksdorf is characterized by its proximity to nature. Meadows, fields, and green spaces with walking trails invite you to take long walks and relax. In the immediate vicinity is the charming center of Volksdorf, with a wide range of shops and excellent restaurants. The popular AEZ (a leisure and recreation center) and several golf courses are located nearby. Primary schools, kindergartens, and secondary schools are all within easy reach.
