The apartment's interior is partially furnished, allowing the tenant to personalize it to their own preferences and lifestyle. Additionally, there is a small storage cellar in the basement, measuring 2.5 square meters, which is ideal for storing drinks or seasonal items. Please note that the apartment is not accessible for people with disabilities. The apartment is suitable for a working couple with a maximum of one child. We prefer non-smokers without pets. When we viewed the apartment, there were two young women with a cat... there was fur everywhere, even behind the radiators. Then, two gentlemen rented the apartment, and they were very tidy.
