Apartment for rent, 2 rooms, 57 square meters.

I am offering a private room for rent, measuring 15 m², in a 2-room apartment (2+1) with a total area of 56.6 m². The room was originally the living room and offers plenty of space for living and working/studying.

The apartment is fully furnished, and there is also a balcony available.

I currently live in the other room of the apartment – I am a 23-year-old student. I am looking for someone who would appreciate a comfortable and clean shared living environment.

Price:

Rent: 16,000 CZK per month (8,000 CZK per person)
Utilities: 6,500 CZK for the entire apartment (4,300 CZK per room - for 2 people)

Utilities and other costs are included in the utility fee, based on the actual usage of the apartment.

The room is suitable for 2 students looking for long-term accommodation in Prague.

If you are interested, please send me a few words about yourself. I would be happy to send you more information and photos, or we can arrange a viewing.
