The apartment is located in a family home with access to a shared garden, making it ideal for someone seeking peace and quiet and who appreciates a pleasant environment. Parking is available in front of the house.
Due to past negative experiences, we are looking for a tenant who is pleasant, clean, a non-smoker, abstains from alcohol, does not have any pets, has a stable income, and is of Czech nationality.
