It's just a two to three-minute walk to Lake Constance and a private sandy beach. The apartment is approximately 82 square meters and was renovated in 2017. Underneath the open gable, you'll find the living and dining area with a kitchen. Glass doors lead out to the large balcony. The bedroom features a spacious box spring bed, and the gallery under the roof offers two additional sleeping spaces. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make working from home easy. This apartment is available for a limited time, from November 15, 2026, to April 30, 2027. It's perfect for anyone who wants to live by the lake for a limited period: professionals on a project or assignment, commuters, or those in between homes, such as during house construction or a move. All you need to bring is your suitcase. Layout:

Friedrichshafen-Seewiesen is located on the eastern edge of the city, between Lake Constance and the nature reserve of Eriskircher Ried. Right outside the door, there are paths for walking, jogging, and cycling through the Ried.

The private sandy beach is just a two to three-minute walk away and is exclusively for the residents of the houses; the gate is locked. The shoreline is shallow and sheltered.

It takes just a few minutes by car to reach the center of Friedrichshafen. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house.
