It is located on the 2nd floor of a 10-story apartment building, directly on the Dieksee promenade. The bathroom has a shower. The building is equipped with elevators. Many of the apartments in the building are rented out as holiday apartments due to their location.

The apartment has been recently renovated. It offers a beautiful view of the Dieksee bay.

The house is located in the center of Bad Malente, directly on the Dieksee promenade. Public transportation, including buses and the train station, are within walking distance, as are all the shops and doctors' offices.

The apartment is located in the former Intermar Hotel. There are two caretakers on site who are present throughout the day, working with the property management to maintain the building.
