Our newly renovated and extensively modernized spacious 4-room apartment is looking for a tenant starting in July. It offers 154 square meters of living space, featuring: 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining area with a kitchen, a storage room, a very large bathroom, a guest toilet, a balcony, and a terrace. Raised garden beds are currently being built on the terrace, which can be planted to your liking. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which will be connected to a heat pump in a few weeks. It receives its electricity from the photovoltaic system on our roof, which keeps utility costs relatively low. All windows are new, triple-glazed, and equipped with shutters. A small note about the layout: The large room on the right (East-facing room), which adjoins the small balcony, is divided in the middle by a wall, which is not shown in the floor plan.
