Apartment for rent, 2 rooms and a kitchen, 42 square meters.

I am offering a 2-room apartment (2+kk) for rent, with a total area of 42 square meters. The apartment is located in a panel building with 7 floors. It is situated on the sixth floor and has an elevator. The apartment also features a balcony with an area of 2.5 square meters.

The apartment includes a storage room (cellar) of 10 square meters and a pantry in the hallway.

The location is desirable and offers good transport links to Prague. I prefer tenants who are 2-3 people and who do not have pets.

The rent is 15,000 CZK plus 4,000 CZK for utility deposits (water, heating, gas, elevator, and electricity for common areas) plus a refundable security deposit of 20,000 CZK. The apartment is available for immediate occupancy.
