Who wants to seize the opportunity and become part of the "WG-Wolfgangsee" (shared living community)? Our community of people over 50 already consists of very friendly, quiet, and peace-loving individuals who have successfully navigated their active professional lives and now want to enjoy their well-deserved (pre-)retirement in a beautiful environment with other interesting and pleasant people.

Living room with sofa and corner sofa, Smart TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 ceramic cooktops, all appliances.
Bedroom with wardrobe.
Second room, e.g., as an office, with desk, shelf, bed, and wardrobe.
Bathroom with bathtub and rain shower / toilet. Hallway & Entrance Area
and, of course, a spacious balcony with a stunning view of Lake Wolfgangsee and the mountains.

Your apartment is furnished with country-style furniture. Everything is in place, including dishes, glasses, pots, and utensils, as well as appliances for everyday use. Everything is already in the apartment. Please visit the WG-Wolfgangsee website: search for "wg-wolfgangsee.at" on Google.

Cost: €780 per month, including building maintenance fees.
This amount already includes a prepayment for electricity and gas (€130/month). Security deposit = €1950.
From a PRIVATE individual - No real estate agent fees!!! Non-smokers only, please. You have a designated parking space in the secure courtyard, and you can use the washing machine. There is also an ironing and drying room.

The lake and swimming beach are just 70 meters away, a 1-minute walk in your swimwear. The town center of St. Wolfgang is about a 10-minute walk. Information is available by email, and viewings can be arranged on-site by appointment. If you are interested, please contact me by email. I do not answer phone calls. Due to some inquiries, we would like to clarify: we want to grow old together happily, ideally in good health. However, the WG-Wolfgangsee is not a retirement home or a care facility. We are all over 50, enjoy peace and quiet, are blessed with common sense, have learned from our experiences, and are otherwise a nice group of people :-)

The lake and the swimming beach are just 70 meters away, a 1-minute walk in your swimwear. The town center of St. Wolfgang is approximately a 10-minute walk.
