The apartment for rent consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, and a shower room. There is one bedroom of 14.5 square meters, a living room of 22.2 square meters with a small balcony and stucco ceiling, and a lovely living room/kitchen with a large, comfortable dining table, built-in kitchen units, a refrigerator-freezer combination, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a large, sunny balcony overlooking the green and quiet courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything needed for cooking. There is a washing machine in the shower room. The apartment is currently furnished, but the furniture, quantity, and type of furniture can be customized to your preferences. We have a very friendly community of residents in the building, and the courtyard can also be used by residents. Bicycles can also be stored there. There is a third room and another bathroom in the apartment. I use these (very rarely) when I am in Leipzig for about one night every 6-8 weeks to visit my grandchildren. I used to live in this apartment, but now I live in Berlin. This is, of course, a special situation. Therefore, I would be happy to receive inquiries from women who are employed or already retired, with whom a good relationship can be established. The utilities, including electricity and internet, are included in the monthly rent, so there are no additional costs.

The apartment is located on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, between Kurt-Eisner and Richard-Lehmann-Straße, in the popular southern district of Leipzig, a vibrant part of the city. Despite being in a lively area, it is quiet thanks to the good windows and its location overlooking a green courtyard.

Stepping outside the building, you'll find numerous cafes, restaurants, and small shops. A cinema is within walking distance. The Leipzig floodplain forest (Leipziger Auwald) is only 7 minutes away, and the Clara-Zetkin Park is 15 minutes away, offering a perfect combination of urban living, established infrastructure, and immediate access to extensive green spaces. At the same time, the adjacent side streets, with their historic buildings, create a pleasant living environment.

Public transportation links are excellent, making the city center of Leipzig easily accessible in just a few minutes. Shopping facilities, schools, nurseries, and medical services are also located nearby.
