The apartment is in excellent condition, freshly painted, and features a separate fitted kitchen, a large west-facing balcony, and is located in a quiet area at the back.

It includes a small hallway, a walk-in closet, a spacious living/sleeping area, and a bathroom with a Miele washing machine.

The Ratingen city center is just a few minutes' walk away. There are shops and amenities nearby. Excellent public transport connections to Düsseldorf and the airport are available. The S-Bahn (suburban train) is within walking distance!

Ratingen is a small, welcoming town for people of all ages. Situated between the state capital of Düsseldorf and the major cities of the Ruhr area, between the Rhine and the Bergisches Land, Ratingen is considered the green heart of the Rhine-Ruhr region. It offers excellent transport links in all directions and provides quick access to the A 3, A 52, and A 44 motorways. It's just 10 minutes to Düsseldorf's old town and the Königsallee (shopping street), and 10 minutes to the airport. Ratingen has several recreational areas right on its doorstep, including the Blauer See, Volkardey recreation park, Grüner See, and Silbersee, which are further attractions for nature lovers.
