The apartment is fully furnished and can therefore be moved into immediately. The location is particularly attractive, as it is close to the canal, and the surrounding area is appealing due to its pleasant atmosphere, good accessibility, and a wide range of amenities for daily needs. The monthly base rent is €1,300. In addition, there are additional costs of €260 per month, resulting in a total monthly rent of €1,560. The apartment is preferably offered for long-term rental. The possible start date for the lease is October 2026, November 2026, or December 2026. The current tenant has a lease agreement that runs until the end of December 2026.
