The larger bedroom is a suitable master bedroom, while the smaller one can be used as a children's room or a home office. We can install a fitted kitchen for you if you wish. There is no boiler in the apartment, so there are no maintenance appointments or evenings without hot water. You can rent a parking space on the property for 35 euros per month. In Hennigsdorf, you can transfer to the S25, and it takes just under an hour to reach Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main train station). The Berlin Ring road is just a few minutes away by car.

For everyday life, you don't need a car. A supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a pharmacy located in the building itself. A daycare center and elementary school are just around the corner.
