Parking is available on the property, with a dedicated parking space for €35 per month. You won't have to drive around the block several times in the evening to find a parking spot. The building was built in 1995 and is well-maintained. There are a manageable number of residents, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's not an anonymous complex, but also not a building where everyone knows everything about each other. We rent directly, without a real estate agent, so there are no agency fees.
