I am privately renting out a furnished one-bedroom apartment with approximately 44 square meters of living space, located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained apartment building in the Sendling district of Munich. The apartment is fully furnished, making it easy to move in – ideal for working professionals, commuters, or students looking for a functional yet comfortable city apartment.

The open-plan living and sleeping area offers ample space for a seating area with a sofa and television, as well as a small dining table, combined with a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The location on the 3rd floor provides plenty of natural light and a pleasant living atmosphere, without being directly at street level. The apartment is located in the Sendling district, near Harras, in the area of Oberländerstraße/Kidlerstraße.­ Sendling is a vibrant and established district south of the city center, encompassing the areas of Untersendling, Mittersendling, and Obersendling. From here, you can easily reach a variety of places, from the Westpark to Harras. Oberländerstraße itself runs through the Sendlinger Feld and intersects with well-known streets such as Implerstraße and Kidlerstraße. The public transportation connections are excellent:
- Subway (U-Bahn) U3/U6, "Implerstraße" station – quick connection to Marienplatz, the city center, or the university.
- S-Bahn (suburban train) Harras – connection to several S-Bahn lines and bus lines, with direct access to the city center and surrounding areas.
- Additional bus stops, such as Margaretenplatz, provide further connections to other districts.
These transportation hubs are just a few minutes away on foot, making a car largely unnecessary for daily life. The surrounding area fully meets all daily needs: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, drugstores, as well as smaller shops and restaurants, including those directly on Oberländerstraße. Sendling offers a great combination of living, working, and leisure activities. The Westpark, the Isar riverbank, and other green spaces are just as easily accessible as the city center. Overall, this is an ideal location for those who appreciate urban living with short distances and excellent transportation links, but prefer to live in an established, slightly quieter district rather than in the heart of the tourist center.
